Learn where to begin and which Next-Cart documentation section to use for each migration task.

Section titled “Start Here”Start Here routes you to the correct operational task, from account preparation and connection setup through migration, validation, troubleshooting, and reference.
Next-Cart documentation is organized by the task you need to complete. Start here when setting up a first migration, choosing the next section, or returning after a support conversation.
When to use this section
Section titled “When to use this section”Use this section to:
- understand the recommended documentation path;
- find the right section for setup, configuration, execution, validation, or troubleshooting;
- identify the correct Account area before opening a migration task;
- avoid mixing account settings with migration execution.
Recommended documentation path
Section titled “Recommended documentation path”- Open Account and confirm the relevant order or migration path.
- Prepare migration scope, access, and acceptance criteria.
- Open Migrations → My Migrations and select Start for the Active purchased migration service.
- Complete Connect Stores using the setup shown for the Source Platform and Target Platform.
- Complete Configuration for the current migration.
- Review the configuration and start processing from Migration.
- Validate the target store before launch or another migration action.
- Use troubleshooting pages when a connection, configuration, migration, validation, or Account task does not work as expected.

| Source and target store details | Setup, validation, and support reports require the correct environments. |
| Scope notes | Data selection, Additional Options, Add-ons, Custom Service, and validation criteria depend on the data you need to migrate. |
| Launch timing | Timing affects validation, continuation actions, and support planning. |
