Connection Setup Requirements

Resolve platform-specific connection choices such as Wix methods, Lightspeed editions, File Upload requirements, and shared legacy-name procedures before preparing access.

Start with the Source Platform and Target Platform selected in Connect Stores. Most platforms have one assigned setup, while a small number require an additional method, edition, or platform-name decision before credentials or files can be prepared.

Use the setup assigned to the selected platform

Section titled “Use the setup assigned to the selected platform”

Do not substitute one method for another because two platforms are related or because another setup is available elsewhere in Next-Cart.

Wix Source Data Export

When File Upload is assigned, read Supported Files before exporting data. The list is specific to the selected Source setup and defines the standard entities and filenames accepted for that workflow.

CSV, XLS, and XML are Custom Service Source selections with an included Products-only workflow. Other data types require an explicitly approved Custom scope.

If the intended Source or Target Platform is absent from the supported platform tables, define the project through Prepare Custom Service Requirements.

Prepare the exact credentials, connector, or supported files required for the resolved setup. After both sides are ready, use Test Platform Connections and continue to Configuration only when the required connection state is valid.
