Prepare the source files
Section titled “Prepare the source files”Locate the preserved Product, Customer, and Order exports required for the migration. Keep their original columns, identifiers, encoding, and record structure. Do not reconstruct missing historical exports by inventing columns or converting unrelated backup content into one of the supported filenames.
Verify the files
Section titled “Verify the files”Confirm each file required for the migration exists, opens correctly, contains the intended records, and uses the expected filename. Record any missing data before upload.
If a supported file is unavailable
Section titled “If a supported file is unavailable”Because the hosted platform is discontinued, a missing standard export may not be recoverable. Submit a support ticket with the available file inventory. If another backup or data source must be processed, define it within the Custom Service scope before migration.
