Storenvy Source Data Export
Section titled “Storenvy Source Data Export”A complete Storenvy export gives Next-Cart the source files required by the selected migration path.
When to use this guide
Section titled “When to use this guide”Use this guide when:
- Storenvy is the Source Platform;
- Next-Cart shows source data file upload for Storenvy;
- you need to prepare product and order CSV files before upload.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”Before you begin, confirm that:

| Storenvy admin access | You need access to the Products and Orders areas. |
| Export permission | The account must be allowed to export product and order records. |
| Date range decision | Order exports should cover the approved migration scope. |
| Secure storage location | Product and order files can include business and customer information. |
| Next-Cart upload screen open | Upload only the files requested for your selected migration path. |
Data types to export

Before you export
Section titled “Before you export”Create a folder such as:
source-exports/└── storenvy/ ├── products/ └── orders/Export the files
Section titled “Export the files”- Sign in to Storenvy admin.
- Go to the Products area.
- Select Export Products.
- Download the generated products CSV and save it in the products folder.
- Go to the Orders area.
- Select Export these orders.
- Choose the approved date range or order range.
- Download the generated orders CSV and save it in the orders folder.
Organize the exported files

Keep original file names where possible. If you add context, include only the export date or approved scope label.
Expected result

Verify the export

| Customer expectation | Customer-related information is understood as order-related data where available. |
| File integrity | CSV files open without corruption and retain original headers. |
If the export is incomplete
Section titled “If the export is incomplete”| Issue | What to check |
|---|---|
| Products are missing | Re-export from the Products area and confirm no unintended filter was applied. |
| Orders are missing | Re-export the missing date range or order range. |
| Customer information appears incomplete | Confirm which customer fields are included in the order export and contact support if more customer data is required. |
| File headers changed after opening in a spreadsheet | Re-download the original CSV and upload the unmodified file. |
| Required data is not available in standard exports | Document the missing data and submit it as a Custom Service requirement. |
