Weebly Source Data Export
Section titled “Weebly Source Data Export”A complete Weebly export gives Next-Cart the source files required by the selected migration path.
When to use this guide
Section titled “When to use this guide”Use this guide when:
- Weebly is the Source Platform;
- Next-Cart shows source data file upload for Weebly;
- you need to prepare product, category, order, and customer-related files before upload.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”Before you begin, confirm that:

| Weebly or Square account access | Weebly store areas may be accessed through Weebly or Square-managed account flows. |
| Item export permission | You need access to the item or product library. |
| Order export permission | The account must be allowed to export order data. |
| Date range decision | Order exports should match the approved migration scope. |
| Secure storage location | Order files can contain customer and purchase information. |
Data types to export

Before you export
Section titled “Before you export”Create a folder such as:
source-exports/└── weebly/ ├── items/ └── orders/Export the files
Section titled “Export the files”- Sign in to the account that manages the Weebly store.
- Go to Items > Item Library or the equivalent product/item area.
- Open the actions menu.
- Select Export Items.
- Download the CSV file and save it in the items folder.
- Go to Orders or Store > Orders.
- Select Export Orders.
- Choose the approved export range: all orders, since last export, or a specific date range.
- Confirm the export.
- Download the orders CSV from the generated download or email link.
Organize the exported files

Keep the original file names where possible. If you add context, include only the export date or scope label.
Expected result

Verify the export

| File integrity | CSV files open without corruption and retain original headers. |

If the export is incomplete
Section titled “If the export is incomplete”| Issue | What to check |
|---|---|
| Products are missing | Re-export from the item library and confirm you used the correct store account. |
| Categories are missing | Review whether category data appears in the item export. If not, contact support before upload. |
| Orders are incomplete | Re-export the missing order range. |
| Customer details are incomplete | Confirm which customer fields are included in the order export and ask support if separate handling is needed. |
| Files were modified by spreadsheet software | Re-download the original CSV files and upload the unmodified copies. |
