AspDotNetStorefront API Connection

AspDotNetStorefront uses an administrator account for the connection values requested by Next-Cart.

Next-Cart requires

Prepare Store URL, Admin Email, and Password for an administrator account on the store used in the migration.

Get the connection details

1. Open the intended AspDotNetStorefront store and confirm the exact store URL.

2. Confirm the administrator account can sign in to that store successfully.

3. Use the administrator email address associated with that account as Admin Email.

4. Confirm the account password is valid before entering the values in Next-Cart.

Enter the values in Next-Cart

Next-Cart field	Value to enter
Store URL	The intended AspDotNetStorefront store URL.
Admin Email	The authorized administrator email.
Password	The password for that administrator account.

Protect administrator credentials

Enter the password only in the Next-Cart connection field. Do not include it in tickets, screenshots, chat messages, or shared documents.

Verify this connection

Test Connection is optional. A successful test shows Connected. If the test fails, Next-Cart displays a pop-up notification and Not connected beside the affected platform. Correct the reported issue; see Test Platform Connections for shared access checks.

If the connection does not pass

• Recheck the store URL and administrator email.
• Confirm the password has not changed and the administrator account is active.
• If the connection remains blocked, use Troubleshoot Connection Setup without including the password.
