Export QuickBooks Products and Customers to Excel so the complete source records can be uploaded for migration.
QuickBooks Source Data Export
Section titled “QuickBooks Source Data Export”Export the Product and Customer spreadsheets from QuickBooks. Keep the downloaded files in their exported format.
Supported Files
Section titled “Supported Files”The Supported Files table in the selected Next-Cart Source setup identifies these upload files. This table does not replace the export procedures below.

Export the source data
Section titled “Export the source data”Products
Section titled “Products”-
Sign in to QuickBooks.

Open Sales > Products & services.

Click the Export icon above the list to download the Product spreadsheet in Excel format.
Customers
Section titled “Customers”-
Open Sales > Customers.

Click the Export icon above the list to download the Customer spreadsheet, named
Customer.xlsin this export workflow.
Prepare the upload files
Section titled “Prepare the upload files”The native Customer download name Customer.xls differs from Next-Cart’s expected name customers.xls. Keep an original copy and use the matching expected upload name for each file. Do not change the workbook format or data structure to make a filename appear compatible. If the downloaded format does not match the supported setup, confirm it with Support Tickets.
