Plentymarkets API Connection

Plentymarkets connects with the store address and an administrator account that is authorized for the intended environment.

Next-Cart requires

Prepare Store URL, Admin Username, and Password for the PlentyONE store used in the migration.

Get the connection details

1. Sign in to Plentymarkets using the administrator account that will be used for the migration connection.

2. Confirm you are working in the store or environment included in the purchased migration path.

3. Copy the exact store URL used to access that environment.

4. Confirm the administrator username and password are active and can access the required store data.

Enter the values in Next-Cart

Next-Cart field	Value to enter
Store URL	The URL of the intended Plentymarkets store or environment.
Admin Username	The authorized administrator username.
Password	The password for that administrator account.

Protect the administrator password

Enter the password only in the Next-Cart connection field. Do not include it in tickets, screenshots, chat messages, or shared documents.

Verify this connection

Test Connection is optional. A successful test shows Connected. If the test fails, Next-Cart displays a pop-up notification and Not connected beside the affected platform. Correct the reported issue; see Test Platform Connections for shared access checks.

If the connection does not pass

• Recheck the Store URL for the intended environment.
• Confirm the administrator account is active and the password has not changed.
• If the account is restricted, ask the store owner to provide an administrator account with the required access.
• If the issue remains, use Troubleshoot Connection Setup without including the password.
