Migrations
Open Demo Migrations or My Migrations, manage purchased migrations, review upgrades and activity, or continue into the migration workflow.
Migrations
Section titled “Migrations”Migrations separates limited Demo activity from purchased migration services so you can open the correct workflow, evidence, and upgrade path.
The section has two categories:
- Demo Migrations for limited migration tests;
- My Migrations for all purchased migration services.
What a purchased migration includes
Section titled “What a purchased migration includes”Each initial migration service purchase creates one migration that you manage in My Migrations. The purchase includes:
| Component | Rule |
|---|---|
| Migration Path | One fixed Source Platform to Target Platform path. The path cannot be changed after purchase. |
| Migration Service | Standard, Managed, or Custom. The service can be upgraded from Standard to Managed or Custom, or from Managed to Custom. It cannot be downgraded. |
| Entity Points Plan | The plan capacity attached to the migration. The plan can be increased after purchase but cannot be downgraded. |
| Add-ons | Optional capabilities purchased initially or added to the same migration later. |
| Service Duration | One year from the initial purchase date. An upgrade does not restart or extend this period. |
Standard, Managed, and Custom migrations remain accessible through the same Connect Stores, Configuration, and Migration workflow. Regardless of the selected Migration Service, you can open and perform migration tasks manually.

Demo Migrations
Section titled “Demo Migrations”Demo Migrations can show the migration path, start date, last updated date, and available actions for each Demo.

Use Demo Migrations for the Account entry points and available actions. For the complete operating procedure and current limits, see Set Up and Run a Demo Migration.
My Migrations
Section titled “My Migrations”My Migrations lists each purchased service as one migration. Service upgrades, plan capacity, Add-ons, and approved custom work are integrated into that same migration rather than creating a separate migration path.
| Information | What it means |
|---|---|
| Migration Path | The fixed Source Platform → Target Platform path, shown with the two platform identities. |
| Service | The current Migration Service: Standard, Managed, or Custom. |
| Entity Points | The used and maximum Entity Points for the current plan. |
| Created / Expires | The migration record dates. The one-year service duration is anchored to the initial purchase date and is not extended by upgrades. |
| Status | Whether the purchased migration service is Active, Expired, or Suspended. |
| Actions | Statistics, History, and Start where the service state allows migration work. |
Service status
Section titled “Service status”| Status | Meaning | Start availability |
|---|---|---|
| Active | The purchased migration service is within its available service period and can be used. | Start is available when no other requirement blocks access. |
| Expired | The one-year service duration has ended. | Start is unavailable. Use the available extension path when you want to continue with the migration’s latest recorded package. |
| Suspended | Access to the purchased migration has been placed on hold, including after an approved full refund where applicable. | Start is unavailable. Review the related order and contact Support when the reason or next action is unclear. |
Actions for a purchased migration service
Section titled “Actions for a purchased migration service”| Action | What it contains or does |
|---|---|
| Statistics | Opens Overview information including Migration Path, Plan & Service, Upgrade Your Migration, Data Migration Progress, Linked Orders, and Delegate Access. |
| History | Opens the Activity Timeline with detailed records of actions performed for Connect Stores, Configuration, and Migration. |
| Start | Opens the purchased migration service and its three-step workflow. |
History can help confirm when an action occurred and which account or delegated user performed it. The details shown can include date and time, location, IP address, account, device or browser, and Owner or Delegated context.
Upgrade a purchased migration
Section titled “Upgrade a purchased migration”Use Statistics → View Upgrade Options when the migration needs a Service upgrade, a larger Entity Points Plan, additional Add-ons, or approved custom work.
- Service upgrades move upward only: Standard to Managed or Custom, or Managed to Custom.
- Plan upgrades increase Entity Points capacity. A purchased plan cannot be downgraded.
- Add-ons can be added when they were not included in the initial purchase.
- The completed upgrade is integrated into the existing migration.
- The migration path remains fixed.
- The original service expiration does not change.
Upgrade Checkout uses top-up pricing. New Value is the migration’s total value after the upgrade, and Previously Paid is the amount already paid for that migration. The amount due is the additional upgrade price, not the full New Value.
Extend an expired migration
Section titled “Extend an expired migration”Use the available extension option for an expired migration when you want to continue with its latest recorded package.
- The migration path remains fixed.
- The extension retains the base migration and the upgrades that remain recorded for it.
- The extension price covers that complete retained package.
- Eligible Service, Plan, Add-on, or approved custom-work upgrades can be included with the extension.
- A completed Extend order applies to the existing migration rather than creating a different migration path.
Review the Extend order in Orders before payment. After payment and processing, confirm that the migration status and package reflect the extension.
Understand a partial refund
Section titled “Understand a partial refund”An approved partial refund removes the refunded order value or upgrade components from the recorded migration package. The migration continues from the latest state supported by the remaining purchase and upgrade history.

- Find the migration path you intend to operate.

|---|---|
| A purchased migration service is missing | Open Orders and confirm the payment and purchase account. Submit a ticket with the order number if the completed purchase is still absent. |
| Start is unavailable | Check Status and Expires. Use the available extension path for an Expired migration. Review the related order or contact Support for a Suspended migration. |
| The migration path is wrong | Do not proceed. Review the related order and contact Support if the purchase does not match the intended path. |
| Entity Points coverage is insufficient | Use Statistics to review Upgrade Your Migration before processing remaining eligible records. |
| An upgrade is missing | Open Linked Orders or Orders and confirm that the Upgrade order is Paid. Submit a ticket with the order number if the paid upgrade is not integrated into the migration. |
| An extension is missing | Open Orders and confirm that the Extend order is Paid. Submit a ticket with the order number if the completed extension is not reflected in My Migrations. |
| The package does not match a partial refund | Compare the migration with the base order and remaining Linked Orders. Preserve the affected Order # and submit a ticket before using a component that should have been removed or retained. |
| An activity is unfamiliar | Open History and review the Activity Timeline, account context, and delegated access. |
