Manage language, timezone, notifications, account email, and account deletion.

Settings controls the account preferences and sensitive actions that affect language, timezone, notifications, email access, and account deletion.

  • Sign in to the account you intend to update.
  • Make sure you can access the current account email.
  • Have your two-factor authentication method or a valid Backup Code available for protected changes.
  • Before deleting the account, review active migration services, orders, invoices, tickets, and records you may need to retain.
  1. Open Settings

    Go to Account → My Account → Settings.

  2. Choose the language

    Select the language used by the account interface.

  3. Choose the timezone

    Select the timezone used for dates, activity, and account context.

  4. Confirm the update

    Review the displayed language and timezone after the change.

Use the notification switches to control these account communications:

Enable the notifications you want to receive and disable the optional communications you do not need.

You can start this process by selecting Change Email in Settings or Update Email in Profile.

  1. Start the email change

    Select Change Email.

  2. Verify your identity

    Sign in again and complete 2FA or enter a valid Backup Code when required.

  3. Confirm the current email

    Enter the verification code from the email titled Confirm Email Change Request.

  4. Confirm the new email

    Enter the verification code sent to the new email address.

  5. Complete the change

    Review the success message and sign in again when required.

After the change completes, other active sessions are signed out.

For your security, other active sessions have been signed out.

Connected Google, Apple, and Facebook accounts remain available unless you disconnect them in Security.

  1. Start account deletion

    Under Delete Account, select Delete Account.

  2. Verify your identity

    Sign in again and complete 2FA or enter a valid Backup Code when required.

  3. Confirm through email

    Enter the verification code from the email titled Confirm Account Deletion.

  4. Confirm the deletion

    Review the final warning and confirm that the account should be permanently deleted.

  5. Finish the process

    Select Continue after the success message appears. The session ends and you return to sign-in.

Depending on the task:

  • the selected language and timezone are active;
  • notification switches reflect the communications you want;
  • the verified new email becomes the account email and other sessions are signed out;
  • or the account is permanently deleted and the current session ends.

  • Open Profile to update personal or company information.
  • Open Security to manage password, 2FA, connections, or login activity.
  • Open Orders or Migrations before deletion if you need to preserve service or transaction records.
