Amazon Seller Central Source Data Export

When to use this guide
Section titled “When to use this guide”Use this guide when:
- Amazon Seller Central is the Source Platform;
- Next-Cart shows source data file upload for Amazon Seller Central;
- you need to prepare inventory listings and order history files.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”Before you begin, confirm that:

| Date range decision | Order exports must cover the approved migration scope. |

| Next-Cart upload screen open | Upload only the files requested for your selected migration path. |
Data types to export
Section titled “Data types to export”| Data type | Export file | Notes |

| Orders or sales history | Order Report or Date Range Report, usually TXT | Use a complete date range for the approved scope. |

Before you export
Section titled “Before you export”Create a folder such as:
source-exports/└── amazon-seller-central/ ├── inventory/ └── orders/Export the reports
Section titled “Export the reports”- Sign in to Amazon Seller Central for the correct seller account and marketplace.
- Go to the reports area for inventory reports.
- Request an Inventory Report or Active Listings Report.
- Wait until the report status is ready.
- Download the generated TXT report and save it in the inventory folder.
- Go to the order reports area.
- Create a date range report for the required migration period.
- Wait until the report is ready.
- Download the generated TXT report and save it in the orders folder.
Organize the exported files

Keep each marketplace export separate if you sell across multiple marketplaces.
Expected result

Verify the export

| Marketplace | Reports come from the correct seller account and marketplace. |
| Inventory file | The inventory or active listings report is present and readable. |
| Orders file | The order report covers the full approved date range. |
| Customer expectation | Customer-related data is understood as order-report data, not a standalone customer list. |
| File integrity | TXT files open correctly and have not been converted or manually edited. |
If the export is incomplete

| Inventory report is missing | Request the report again and wait until the status is ready before downloading. |
| Orders are missing for part of the date range | Create another date range report for the missing period. |
| Customer list is not available | Confirm whether order reports contain the customer-related fields needed for your migration scope. |
| Multiple marketplace files are mixed together | Separate exports by marketplace before upload. |
| Report format changed after opening in a spreadsheet | Re-download the original TXT report and upload the original file. |
